Hidden Harbor Estates Update – 3/19/2024

Raise the roof! Our roof trusses are officially going up, marking another milestone in our construction journey. And guess what? The first floor Concrete Block insulation is in!

Take a peek at the impressive height of the second floor! With 10 ft ceilings on both floors and concrete block fire walls extending to the roof ridge, each luxury unit boasts not only extra strength but also enhanced privacy. Kudos to the exceptional workmanship of the Militano crews!

But that’s not all! On the flip side, the lots for our custom homes by Lifestyle are being cleared for construction. Stay tuned for more updates on the schedule, which I’ll be sharing as soon as it’s finalized.
