I am a USAF veteran with two tours during the Gulf War.  After active duty I served fellow service men and women as a DoD contractor for 9 years.   My first, second, and third home purchases were VA loans.  I navigated the lending process and worked through the headaches of seller resistance, and the dreaded VA appraisal required MPRs.  I apply these lessons learned to ensure a smooth as possible purchase process for my fellow vets.
