Hidden Harbor Estates Gator

Well folks, we’ve officially hit a “snappy” milestone at Hidden Harbor Estates – our first resident isn’t your typical human house-hunter… it’s Gert, the friendly neighborhood alligator!

Now, before you start worrying about your morning jog becoming an episode of “Bayou Boot Camp,” hear us out. Gert may not pay rent in cash, but he sure knows how to keep those pesky critters in check!

Sure, Gert might have a penchant for sunbathing by the pool and giving the occasional toothy grin to unsuspecting joggers, but hey, who doesn’t appreciate a good wildlife show while sipping their morning coffee?
